Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Please read our updated policy carefully.

1. General Return Policy

We offer a 7-day return window, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
(Our previous 30-day mention has been aligned with our standard 7-day policy.)

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • in the same condition in which you received it,

  • unworn and unused,

  • with all original tags, and

  • in its original packaging.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Items sent back without an official return request will not be accepted.

2. Important Note – Books Are Non-Refundable

All books sold on our platform are non-returnable and non-refundable because:

100% of the book revenue is donated to Khayr Foundation

Your purchase directly supports:

  • orphans

  • single mothers

  • low-income families

  • water-well projects

  • healthcare initiatives

  • education programs

  • emergency drought relief

  • and other humanitarian efforts

For this reason, books cannot be exchanged, refunded, or returned once purchased.

3. Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. Contact us immediately if:

  • you received the wrong item,

  • your product is damaged, or

  • your item is defective.

We will evaluate the issue and correct it as quickly as possible.

4. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on the following:

  • sale items or discounted items

  • gift cards

  • custom or personalized products

  • personal care products

  • hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • books (as noted above, all book sales are final and donated to Khayr Foundation)

5. Exchanges

If you want to exchange a product, the fastest method is to return the item (if eligible). After the return is approved, you may place a new order for the item you want.

6. EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For customers in the European Union:
You have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason, without justification — except for non-returnable items such as books, where the charity clause applies.

Eligible items must still be unused, with tags, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase.

7. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note your bank or card issuer may require additional time.
